Tetiana Udovychenko
Tetiana Udovychenko is a Ukrainian photographer working in portrait and fine art photography. Her artistic practice has been shaped by her experience of living in different countries and her interest in human stories, cultural identity, and inner states.
She was born in Ukraine in 1993. For many years, she worked in the beauty industry while developing her photographic practice. During her studies in Spain, she founded her own beauty and photography studio.
Her initial interest in photography began in childhood through family photo archives — film images that preserved not only visual appearances but also the stories of people. This formed her understanding of photography as a way of preserving memory, time, and human presence.
In her work, Tetiana focuses on portraiture, exploring emotion, state, and the relationship between a person and their environment. Her works address themes of identity, inner transformation, and the perception of time. She aims to create images that go beyond the moment and acquire the meaning of personal or collective memory.
Her works have been exhibited internationally in the United States and Europe, including during Miami Art Week, as well as in exhibition projects in London.
In 2024, she received an Honorable Mention at the Fine Art Photography Awards (FAPA) in the category People.
Tetiana Udovychenko serves as a juror for the international photography competition Siena Awards.
Her works and projects have been featured in international publications and media, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Gazeta.ua, Our Culture Magazine, and other platforms.
