My Singularity (2024)
It so happens that I hardly remember my childhood. My Singularity is an attempt to recreate long-forgotten and distorted memory images and to try to hear again the dialogue with my inner child. The tools used for creating collages in this process become my guides on a journey where each step forward is a part of returning back in time. Where each new layer is another delve into my subconscious.
The Soli (2024)
The Soil is a project about how wheat grows from a small grain, and fragrant bread is baked from wheat. And how closely we are intertwined with things around us, with reasons and without.
‘Soil’ is the timeline from which I, my parents, and my parents' parents grew.
The Soil is the primary broth in which float the rudiments of the existence of our ancestors, and the life that they nurtured and brought down to us. This is DNA, which is tremblingly embroidered in the spaces: from outer space to the black soil of our Earth. It is a time that is fixed in irreversibility, that intersects with the horizon that fades in the rusty mist of infinity.
It is an introspection that has taken from the subconscious what I am. This is work that closes the circle and teaches to let go and receive: the people I lost, the time I will never get back.
